AVON ENERGY MEETINGS
The International Cooperation Platform (ICP) has been organizing the Bosphorus Summit, an annual three-day event, since 2010. The objective is to create a discussion environment, gathering decision making bodies, political and business leaders, education, art, press leaders, benefactors with NGOs around the same table.
We have arranged the fourth of these upper level events. The former President of the Republic of Turkey, Abdullah Gül participated in the conferences and events at the Four Seasons Hotel. The event ended up with a marvelous dinner given for the eminent guests and the award ceremony was completed at the Sait Halim Paşa Mansion.
Bayer, operating to better meet the needs of humanity and improve their life quality in the fields of health care, nutrition and advanced technology with its over 118,900 employees globally, chose us for its Roadshow in Turkey, a special event planned for their 150th year anniversary.
This exhibition of interactive boxes comprising of each letter in the phrase “SCIENCE FOR A BETTER LIFE” and their meanings, was opened at Istinye Park Mall in Istanbul and Kent Park Mall in Ankara.
A total of 2,500 people visited this event. Our visitors had an unprecedented brand experience with interactive games and applications while getting the opportunity to learn the story of a 150-year old giant.
With its ten thousands of employees, more than 70 brands in many different industries, the Koç Holding has always been one of the greatest and successful groups both in Turkey and Europe, standing always one step ahead in transformation. The Annual Senior Management Meeting & Vehbi Koç Awards, have today become a tradition with the participation of exclusive guests.
We organized this event relying on the “We are different, and making difference” concept at the Four Seasons Hotel, and hosted 350 distinguished guests. Foreign artists that we called up for this event, displayed the first shadow performance in Turkey. The movie titled “What if the world was a feast (Hayat Bayram Olsa)” attracted a great deal of recognition. We produced this movie in a month by visiting different cities. We also produced Suna Kıraç 50th Year documentary, delivered special gifts and surprises for this event.
We particularly felt the pride of having Koç Holding Honorary Chairman Rahmi Koç among us throughout the event for the first time. Ali Koç gave a speech thanking the Tourismo Group and reminded us once again why we love this job.
“Kral Turkey Music Awards” the top-line and biggest event of the Turkish music industry, which is broadcast live, is a famous music event, where the best performers of the music world are selected with high TV ratings.
TG staff designed everything for this event, including the prize design adorned with diamonds, which was the most expensive prize until that date, screen animations, and the Kral TV logo which is still in use. This unique night with extremely rich content recorded nearly 3,000 participants. Guests, audience and Tourismo Group experienced unforgettable moments.
As the oldest sports contest of Turkey, Milliyet Traditional Sportsperson of the Year Awards has been organized since 1954. We felt much joy by designing and arranging this magnificent night on its 60th anniversary.
This live award ceremony hosted famous names from sports, art and the business world. Zeynep Doruk stepped up later in the night. Our staff made the decorations, branding elements, screen animations and the promotion movie. We organized a wonderful night with each second carefully considered by our organization staff.
Royal Motors is the first official distributor of Rolls Royce, the first luxury and prestigious car brand that comes to mind all over the world, with its manufacturing of flawless cars, that represent achievement and luxury since 1906. Royal Motors opened the distributorship office at Kuruçeşme, alongside the Bosphorus. TG’s creative and experienced staff undertook the launching and VIP test drive organization.
We delivered a memorable Rolls-Royce experience to our guests with the perfect concept and design. Artuğ Aysal, owner of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Istanbul and Royal Motors President, said “Becoming an authorized Rolls-Royce distributor means realization of my childhood dreams,” dreaming of this moment for 32 years. We also take pride in and feel honored in becoming a part of this dream.
TSKB is the first private development and investment bank of Turkey, promoting Turkey’s sustainable growth with its corporate banking, investment banking and consultation services since 1950. The company asked us to arrange a lively and meaningful event with their customers and employees to crown its achievement for over 60 years.
We designed these celebrations in two different giant events. The first celebration was organized at the Esma Sultan Mansion with the participation of 550 TSKB employees and Candan Erçetin. Then Fatih Erkoç thrilled everyone at the event especially organized for the customers.
Yapı Kredi, the first nation-wide private bank of Turkey established in 1944, emphasizes “Limitless Banking” motto while putting its signature on the industry, thanks to its unique banking approach and leadership in technology.Yapı Kredi trusts in Tourismo Group’s experienced staff for events and organizations to raise the motivation of the employees relying on the same approach.
THE YAPI KREDI SENIOR MANAGEMENT MEETING is just one of these events, which we have been arranging for the last four years. It takes three days with unprecedented experiences, motivational events and strategic meetings, with 1,200 senior managers, following a long and compelling preparation stage. The Senior Management Meeting is a huge event merged with a combination of creative design and thought, with perfect execution and organization.
We took 300 Yapı Kredi executives to Paris for an unforgettable travel experience. We have planned every detail thoroughly including flight tickets, accommodation, city sight-seeing and a gala dinner. We have arranged a very extensive trip comprising of boat tours, museums, cathedrals, entertainment venues and Eiffel Tower visits.
Polat Holding is investing billions of dollars in housing projects, urban transformation and wind energy projects, and has requested that we organize a very special launching concept for Polat Ofis, one of its most prestigious projects.
We offered an unparalleled launching night for 400 guests. We designed and implemented everything from invitation cards, interior design to the branding organizations, and treats. World-famous cellist Ana Rucner gave an unforgettable performance for the guests, while the guests were treated to a similarly unforgettable night while learning about the prestigious project.
Avon is making efforts to empower women everywhere in the world, and has collaborated with us in a social responsibility project launching held to introduce its activities on Domestic Violence and Violence Against Women, one of the primary social problems in Turkey as well.
So, how could we let nearly 50 journalists and press members, who have never been subjected to this violence, experience this phenomenon? We were well aware that we could not uncover the desired impact by just screening a simple video. We have collaborated with the Avon corporate communications department to generate an unusual experience.
We handed each participant a sleep mask and asked them to close their eyes. They were waiting in a dark room not knowing what was going to happen. They suddenly heard kids crying, and shuddered with the siren sounds. Our theater staff wandered around the hall reenacting different violent scenarios, while walking around the audience at the same time. We could understand the fear, irritation and the influence we created by their facial expressions.
We let the guests feel the violence, and organized an extraordinary press meeting by creating a WOM effect for the brand.

Avon, the owner of the biggest direct sales channel in the world, asked us to conduct the press launching of the big change when moving this sales network into a digital environment for the first time.
We already knew that this project meant a huge change for Avon, and we made our preparations accordingly. We arranged a launching meeting and offered treats with the participation of 90 press members to introduce the website in detail at The Marmara Taksim.
To simulate one of the unique features of this website, ease of access to information about the products through online chat with the nearest representative, we made a live broadcast between the meeting hall and the representative office.
We also provided the opportunity to try the website at the special kiosks installed in the area. Thus, Avon has received its first online orders. Tourismo Group (TG) put its mark on every detail of the launching event including the stage set-up, catering facility and technical infrastructure. We also gave away premium gifts to the guests.

We, as TG, arranged one of such meetings at Sapanca. This was organized as a VIP event with 400 attendants to scale up the team performance and motivation, with an exceptional stage display by Ali Poyrazoğlu, amazing surprises, and workshops. Attendants took part in different entertaining activities from Bayer’s strategic presentations, to their own theater performance, and cocktail making in this two-day event.
Gilead Sciences, Inc., which explores and develops innovative treatments in the field of life-threatening diseases, has chosen us to organize their annual Executive Meeting. In these meetings, they review the previous year and make plans for the next year.
The event lasted for two nights and three days at the Hilton Bodrum Türkbükü Resort & Spa. We designed a 26-meter mega stage for the event. We handed presents to the guests at the fun and motivational activities following the meetings. We hosted our guests in the best way possible at VIP dinners and boat tours.
France’s leading mutual insurance company Groupama is the leader in different branches including agriculture, health care insurance and home care insurance with 13 million customers and 34,000 employees.
Groupama offers products and services customized to the needs and demands of the customers in the insurance and banking industries. Groupama approached us for their World CEO Meeting organization for the first time in Istanbul, which had previously been organized for seven years in Paris.
We hosted eminent and distinguished guests at the Çırağan Palace Kempinski for this very prestigious event. We presented gifts to our guests reflecting the Turkish culture.
